Multiple years of experience in cleaning windows – est. 2014. We pride ourselves on friendly customer service and reliability
We use modern, pure-water methods to give your windows an extra shine. Our water is purified and removed of all impurities to leave no streaks or marks.
We clean your frames, sills and doors too – not just the glass every time The pole-fed system used means no ladders – much safer and less hassle
You can request a one-off deep clean of your windows, including the frames and sills. This will provide a great finish, but best results are attained after multiple cleans. Prices vary depending on your property.
We offer regular cleaning of your windows every 4 weeks. This not only gives the same sparkling results as a one-off clean, but keeps your windows cleaner for longer. Prices vary depending on your property.
We use a ladder and similar methods to window cleaning, to clean the accumulated dirt from the panes and frames of your conservatory roof. If the roof is particularly green or ingrained with dirt, we use a specialised cleaning solution to loosen dirt, moss and algae before cleaning. Prices start from £40.
We use either ladders or a specialised gutter vacuum to empty the insides of your gutters. This stops your gutters and downpipes from clogging up and rainwater from overflowing. Prices start from £35.
We use the same methods as window cleaning to clean the accumulated dirt from the outside plastic on your guttering. This vastly improves the look of your property. If the surfaces are particularly green or ingrained with dirt, we use a specialised cleaning solution to loosen dirt, moss and algae before cleaning. Prices begin from £40 – discount applies if combined with emptying gutters.
We use a specialised, petrol-powered dry scrubing macheane to clean your patios, drives, paths, to restore them to their former glory. We require a water supply to rince off only. Prices start from £100. or £3.50 per squar meeter
Water typically comes out of your tap at a high level of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids.) For example, in the Mablethorpe area usually you get around 370 parts of dust, dirt and minerals per million. By putting tap water through a five-stage reverse osmosis filtering system and a de-ionising resin, we reduce that figure to close to zero parts per million.
That processed water is then pumped through a small hose inside a lightweight, telescopic, carbon fibre pole. A brush-head on the end of the pole is used to scrub the windows, then the purified water loosens and rinses away any remaining dirt particles on the window.
It may seem strange when your windows are left to dry by themselves, without the use of a squeegee or cloth. However the water used is so pure, it can dry without leaving any marks or streaks. This method even works in rain, which may seem strange, but the pure water still leaves your windows clean (See below video). Using this pole-fed system also ensures more privacy for you, and is safer than using ladders. We also clean your window frames, sills and doors as part of the window clean.
In Britain, it rains on average every 1 in 3 days. Therefore to maintain a reliable service, we will likely visit on days when it rains. If we do rearrange, due to weather, that is so we don’t get wet! Why does it work?
The pure water we use on your windows dries without leaving marks or smudges. The relatively small amount of rainwater that would hit your windows doesn’t affect this. Rain water is naturally distilled by the weather cycle so it is often pure water or close to pure. If rain falls on already dirty windows, it mixes with the dirt, then dries, leaving water marks.
However if rain falls on clean windows it evaporates off, leaving a clean window. This means that skipping cleans, even in wet weather, will lead to dirty windows. A regular clean is the only way to keep your windows clean.
